R&D Scientist / Process Engineer

We’re seeking a hands-on Biotech R&D / Process Engineer to shape our core technology and pilot production. You’ll work on mycelium growth, substrate formulations, packaging prototypes, and process optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Biotech, Microbiology, Biochemical or Mechanical Engineering

• Lab experience with fungal cultures / microbial R&D / process dev

• Passion for sustainability & scaling green tech

• Independent, hands-on problem solver

What You’ll Do

• Run R&D on mycelium growth & substrate optimization

• Develop packaging prototypes + small-scale production SOPs

• Collaborate on bioreactor/automation improvements

• Ensure product quality (strength, durability, moisture resistance)
